C. Vijay began his journey in hospitality eighteen years ago, starting from the front office and learning first-hand that hospitality is a language before it becomes a business.
Over the years, that experience grew into building and managing properties, understanding operations, working with teams and learning what makes guests choose to return.
Mom & Daughters Hospitality carries a deeply personal meaning. The company is named for the women behind him — his mother, who shaped his understanding of care, and his daughters, who represent the future he is building for.
His approach remains simple: look after the property as though it were your own, and look after the guest as though they were family.
